Tatiana Novaes is a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and wellness consultant with over 10 years of experience. Internationally trained by the esteemed Alan Herdman, she specialises in mat and equipment Pilates, injury rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal exercises, stretching, muscle strengthening, and more. Tatiana is also the creator of the Women Over 40 Transformation Program, a comprehensive 12-week journey built on the pillars of strength, nourishment, and empowerment. Designed specifically for women over 40, the programme combines Pilates-based fitness, a hormone-friendly approach to nutrition, and mindset coaching to help women rediscover their vitality, achieve sustainable weight loss, and build lasting confidence. Known for her highly personalised care, Tatiana tailors every programme to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, whether in-person or online, creating a supportive and transformative experience.
